This project is a private school with grades from Pre-K through grade 12. The enlargement design is a three-story steel framed addition with an 18.5 foot deep cellar.

Structural drawings were issued for NYC Department off Buildings’ approval and for pricing. The superstructure package has already been approved by NYC DOB.
