Built in the Catskill Mountain region, the Woodland Pond Assisted Living Facility features three residential wood framed wings with 271 apartments anchored to a steel framed 40,000 SF Community Center with a pool, spa, dining, and many other amenities.

The facility is served by a state of the art Health center that was partially steel framed and partially constructed with hollow core precast concrete plank and masonry bearing walls. Twenty four independent wood framed cottages were sprinkled around the main facility on this 83 acre site.
