The brand new Performing Arts Center encompasses approximately 95,000 GSF of space, housing a 350 seat proscenium theater, a black box theater, an aerial dance theater, movement studios, a grand lobby and café, an administration/lab wing and various support spaces.

Featured in Architect Magazine, this boldly designed structure was steel framed with the major spaces independently framed yet integrated into one unique structure. A combination of tension-only braces, braced frames, and moment connections were utilized for the lateral system.
